Shipping Information (Orders over RM200 receive free shipping)

Perfume Auction ships within the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak. Our standard shipping charges is only as low as RM8 nationwide. If your order is more than RM200 per order, you will receive free shipping (Not applicable during sales season and discounted items).

We also ship our perfumes worldwide. Kindly email us and request the shipping rate to your country with our staffs.

Estimated delivery time

For an Estimate of how long your package will take to arrive please take into consideration the following factors:

Your order should arrived within 2-3 days after we have confirmed your payment with bank transfer / credit card and paypal (Mastercard & Visa) payment. Complete your order before 1pm daily and we will arrange the postage on the same day.
Orders only go out from (Monday-Friday)
We only offer Standard shipping for Malaysia Shipping.
We are using Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd for domestic shipment and DHL Global Mail for worldwide Shipment.

Returns Information

Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the perfumes within 7 days from the date you received the perfumes. The perfumes must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original price tag, and be accompanied by the invoice. Items broken, used etc are not refundable.

Important Note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping
Please make sure you include your name, address and order number in return form.
Allow 14 days for refund credit to be posted
We will not accept unauthorized returns (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS), all unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on refunds (if applicable you will be notified)
Items returned after the allocated return time will not be processed and returned to sender
Your refund or exchange will be processed after our returns department inspects and approves the item(s)
We only accept if you send your return back via poslaju courier service to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping. Email the tracking no. to sales@perfumeauction.net for us to track the shipment online.
Keep in mind it may take 7-14 days for credit to appear in your credit card once it has been posted by our third party payment gateway (NBEPay).
We would not accept returns from any wholesaler. However, you may request for stock exchange. Please contact our Sales Department for more info.

Instructions on returning products

Contact our customer service at sales@perfumeauction.net to receive authorization.
Indicate the reason for the return in email.
Please include the packing slip with the items you are sending back, this will help in expediting your return.
Email or fax to us the tracking number for the items returned/exchanged.
If item is being exchanged please include a print out or indicate which item you would like to exchange it for.
If there is a balance due to price difference, you will be billed and your exchange will only go out after payment has been received.
If there is a credit left due to your exchange you will be sent a cheque for amount remaining within 2 weeks of processing. Cheque may be sent along with your exchanged item by request.
There may be an additional shipping charge for exchanged items. You will be notified first.
